I have 17 years of experience in education. In the period 2007 - 2023 I worked at 119. SU "Acad. Mihail Arnaudov", Sofia. I started as a teacher, then I was a class teacher, and since 2016 - deputy director. In this role I was responsible for the qualification of pedagogical specialists, the implementation of project activities in the school and the meaningful implementation of technologies in the classroom. For 8 of the years as a teacher I was a basic teacher of students from the Faculty of Non-Profit Education at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". I was an Earsmus coordinator for many Erasmus KA1 and KA2 projects. 

I have been a certified career consultant under the international GCDF program since 2011 and worked as such at the Career Guidance Center, RIO Sofia-city in 2012 - 2013.

I participated in the Education Technology Directors' program, USA, New York, 2016 and served as a mentor to the America for Bulgaria Foundation for the participants from the next cohort. Since 2018, I have been a certified Google teacher and as a Training Expert at the Center for Creative T, I trained teachers from the country on how to use Google's tools for education. Now I help school teams implement Google Workspace.

I am a scholarship holder in the "Pulse of Coaching" program of Mentor Coaches in the period 2020 - 2021.

I have a bachelor's degree in "Pedagogy" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and a master's degree in social work - "Qualification and Redirection of the Workforce".

With deep expertise in Coaching, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Positive Psychology and over 15 years as a professional communicator (experience in broadcasting, PR, NGO communication, editorial work and publishing, and policy communication), business adviser, and team coach, she brings a rich blend of skills.

Founder of New Mindset Coaching & Training (NMCT) in 2020, Svetoslava currently champions two AI projects of the organization: “AI Navigators” and “AI in Mentoring”, working with educators and professionals to blend creativity with AI-driven approach in school environments and work-based learning.

My name is Iana, and over the past years I have dedicated a significant part of my work to sound-based practices with gongs, Tibetan bowls, and crystal bowls. I facilitate individual vibroacoustic massages, sessions for couples, and group sound experiences that support deep relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and inner balance.

Inspired by teachers from Ukraine, Turkey, and Thailand, I continuously expand and refine my expertise in this field, discovering sound as a powerful pathway to awareness, harmony, and emotional well-being.

I combine this passion with my long-standing experience in coaching, training, and my role as a university lecturer in primary pedagogy, where I teach subjects related to creativity, well-being, and holistic approaches to learning. I believe my mission is to support people in their personal and professional growth through an integrative approach that unites knowledge, presence, and embodied awareness.

My work is centred on creating safe, nurturing spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and restore their inner clarity.

As a trainer, I guide participants with gentleness and structure, offering practical, accessible tools they can apply immediately to support their well-being and emotional balance.
