Who is the most suitable trainer and mentor for teachers?
This is a question that those of us in the academic world have been asking for a long time. In my observations, such a person is a professional with extensive experience in the educational system, who understands the "invisible" challenges and problems that Bulgarian teachers face.
But that is not enough. A truly good trainer is also someone who is interested in innovative approaches to work, actively seeks certification, and continuously develops in this direction.
Few people combine these two qualities – deep practical experience and a passion for innovation. That is why I am pleased to know and collaborate with such a person – Irina.
Dr. Lachezar Afrikanov, New Bulgarian University
Teamwork and effective communication are extremely important practices for any collective.
The training provides an opportunity for the exchange of experience, improvement of communication efficiency and mutual support in the workplace, assists in building relationships between employees, increasing their engagement, and enhancing cooperation and productivity.

Cooperative learning - one of the many trainings conducted by Irina Filipova at 119.SU.
At the training, Irina Filipova unequivocally showed us how important it is to receive and give clear, precise, and understandable instructions for completing a specific task.
During the training, there were practical tasks, in the solution of which the teachers "entered" the role of students.
This approach to teaching has allowed us to realize how much more relaxed and motivated students can be when working in small groups, where everyone has a specific role and task. It allows us to use each student's strengths and make them feel confident, needed, and useful while learning.

Cooperative learning - extremely interesting, different and useful learning.
The idea behind this approach is great - each student working in a group is given a specific task and thus feels included and useful during the work, learns to work with other people and take responsibility for creating a group project.
The training itself was presented in a different way - we ourselves were divided into groups, but there were no clear criteria for work, without which we could not get anything done. This made us realize how important it is to be clear and precise when setting a task for our students. A truly useful and well-presented training!

Burnout Prevention training gave me so much! I discovered a lot of things that I was doing to harm myself, but now I know what I should do or not do! I am grateful and I am excitedly waiting for the next training!

A well-spent Saturday with lots of food for thought. Burnout Prevention training provides many real-world practices that can be used even with a busy schedule.
